Cancellation policy:
The 30% deposit is not refundable.
If the cancellation is confirmed between 10 and 8 days before the scheduled arrival date and if the 30% deposit does not exceed the price of the first night, the balance will be debited.
If the cancellation is confirmed between 7 and 4 days before the scheduled arrival date, 50% of the stay will be charged. In the event that this amount does not exceed the price of the first night, the balance of the first night will be debited.
If the cancellation is confirmed 3 days or less before the scheduled arrival date, 100% of the stay will be charged.

Booking conditions:
Upon arrival, the rooms will be available from 3 pm. Luggage is available at all times. We ask our guests to leave the room for 11am on the day of departure. Late checkout is possible, please contact us. Non-smoking establishment. Our friend’s pets are not accepted. Our prices does not included taxes.
